This Poster series raises awareness on mental health, specifically targeting the effects of overthinking, stress & anxiety. It imagines a world where you can simply turn off your overthinking by flipping a switch. Overthinking: OFF also emphasizes how people who struggle with overthinking would want to turn it off if they could.

Design Book
A design book was created for this poster series which discusses the inspiration from the work of Erich Brechbul. His work focuses on the typography and manipulates it to be playful while maintaining legibility. The design approach used to tackle this project is similar to his approach which is to find solutions to problems through design.
